My work is grounded in the Psychodynamic Model, which delves into deep emotions, past relationships, and unconscious mechanisms that shape our well-being. I also integrate Art Therapy, allowing people to express difficult emotions through creative processes such as music, drawing, theatre, and writing. Additionally, I use Psychodrama, which helps individuals reprocess their experiences and emotions by acting out conflicts and engaging in group dynamics.
I also incorporate Body and Movement techniques, recognizing the profound connection between mind and body. This approach helps release stored emotions and promotes emotional balance through physical awareness and movement.
Moreover, I use meditation and dream work to tap into deeper layers of the self, fostering greater inner awareness and lasting well-being. Inclusion is at the core of my approach: each person is embraced in their uniqueness, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they can truly feel seen, heard, and understood.
